The following Terms of Use, together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference (collectively, this "Agreement" or these "Terms of Use"), govern Users' access to and use of our Services.

By accessing and using Crypto Clash, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the game.

YOU MAY NOT USE OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES IF YOU: (A) DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS; (B) ARE NOT THE OLDER OF: (i) AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR (ii) LEGAL AGE TO FORM A BINDING CONTRACT; OR (C) ARE PROHIBITED FROM ACCESSING OR USING THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES BY APPLICABLE LAW.

2. Description of Service

Crypto Clash is a digital card game platform that provides the following services:

• A digital card game with collectible and tradable cards representing various cryptocurrencies and blockchain entities
• A Patron system offering exclusive benefits to supporters of the platform
• A custom card creation and trading platform for users to create and trade unique digital assets
• A swap functionality enabling users to exchange digital assets with a minimum transaction value of $10 USD equivalent
• Digital asset storage and management capabilities

3. User Conduct

Users agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent activities or manipulate the platform's economy
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the game
• Create or distribute harmful or malicious custom cards
• Attempt to bypass the minimum swap value requirement
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts

4. Patron System

The Patron system provides exclusive benefits to supporters of Crypto Clash. By becoming a Patron, you agree to the following terms:

• Early access to new features and cards is provided on an "as-is" basis and may be subject to change
• Exclusive custom card creation privileges are granted at our discretion and may be revoked for violations of these terms
• Special in-game rewards and bonuses are non-transferable and may be modified or discontinued at any time
• Priority support and feedback channels are provided as a courtesy and do not guarantee immediate response times

5. Custom Cards

Users may create custom cards subject to the following conditions:

• All custom cards must comply with our community guidelines and content policies
• Users must respect intellectual property rights and not infringe upon third-party rights
• Cards must not contain harmful, malicious, or inappropriate content
• Custom cards are subject to review and approval by our moderation team
• We reserve the right to remove or modify any custom cards at our discretion
• Users grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute their custom cards

6. Swap Functionality

The swap functionality is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• All swaps must meet the minimum value requirement of $10 USD equivalent
• Users must verify their identity for swaps above certain thresholds as required by applicable law
• Swaps are subject to network fees and processing times, which may vary
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of swap details
• We are not responsible for any losses incurred due to incorrect swap details
• Swaps may be subject to additional terms and conditions based on jurisdiction

7. Risk Disclaimer

Crypto Clash involves digital assets and blockchain technology, which carry inherent risks including but not limited to:

• Market volatility and price fluctuations in digital assets
• Technical risks associated with blockchain technology and smart contracts
• Regulatory changes and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions
• Potential loss of access to digital assets due to technical issues or security breaches
• Risk of loss in card trading and swapping activities
• Potential changes in game mechanics and economy that may affect asset values
• Network congestion and transaction delays
• Potential for smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to game mechanics, card designs, artwork, and software, is the property of Crypto Clash and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

By creating custom cards, users grant Crypto Clash a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto Clash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to us in the last six months, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crypto Clash is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.
